Stable definitions for terms used across narratives, stories, tickers, and commodities. Each entry is the on-site source of truth for how we use the phrase.
- 4 Pillar ReportA structured lens through which any narrative can be viewed.
- Systemic DivergenceThe documented gap where independent pillar data-streams contradict one another or themselves—revealing structural friction instead of a unified consensus.
- The MachineThe entity’s intrinsic condition: capacity, resources, execution, and measurable health of the system itself—not how others feel about it or how it is moving in the moment.
- The MapThe external environment and rule-set: durable constraints from law, policy, institutions, geography, competition, and structure that shape what is possible.
- The MechanicsWhat is actually moving: flows of people, money, materiel, or prices—the tactical, time-stamped “physics of the story” on the ground, distinct from long-run strategy or the legal map.
- The MoodThe audience’s psychology: beliefs, narratives, expectations, and sentiment about what is going on—not the raw motion or the formal rules alone.
