What it is
A four pillar report is the unit of analysis in this dashboard: one story or chain, one time window, and four parallel extracts that answer different questions about what is being claimed.
Instead of collapsing everything into a single sentiment score, the report keeps pillars separate until the end—where divergence patterns (internal and cross-pillar) are surfaced with cited claims.
Why four lenses
Narratives fail in different ways. The Map can say the path is structurally closed while The Mood still runs hot. The Machine can show solid intrinsic condition while The Mechanics show money or materiel moving the other way. The Mood can price a future the Map does not yet allow.
Spreading the read across four pillars makes those mismatches visible instead of averaging them away.
Where it shows up in the product
On narrative, story, ticker, and commodity surfaces you will see pillar rows, ledger cells, and—when the model finds tension—systemic divergence blocks that point back to specific claims.
