The 4 Pillar Report is a publisher of general financial information and is not a registered investment adviser. We rely on the publisher's exemption under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 (Lowe v. SEC, 472 U.S. 181 (1985)). All content is impersonal, general, and not tailored to any individual's circumstances. We do not provide individual investment advice.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100), EXCEPT WHERE SUCH LIMITATIONS ARE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

You will defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe termination is necessary to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction apply. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
