What the Machine answers
The Machine is about the thing under study in its own right: balance sheet, logistics headroom, institutional bandwidth, readiness, wear-and-tear—anything you could score without asking the crowd or reading today’s tape.
It is deliberately not The Mood (beliefs and sentiment) and not The Mechanics (what is moving right now). When intrinsic condition and motion disagree, that tension belongs in the ledger, not smoothed into a single headline.
