Detailed view for this entity.

“it's down 35% since January 1st.”

“one of which is the fact that SoFi announced $1.5 billion in additional share sales. basically meaning they are going to dilute the stock price in order to raise more money to grow.”

“if there's a downturn in the economy, jobs grow slows, inflation gets messed up, SoFi is going to feel that hurt before a lot of other companies on this list.”

“And so right now, what we're seeing here is the expected growth for adjusted tax revenue to be 30%. EPS 60%. That's the number that we're working with right now.”

“60% 31 times earnings for a company that's growing that 54% year-over-year, still expected to grow that number close to 40% over the next couple of years, it's really not that expensive.”

“First up, some S&P 500 inclusion. Sorry to say, but SoFi is not on the list.”

“And so right now, what we're seeing here is the expected growth for adjusted tax revenue to be 30%. EPS 60%. That's the number that we're working with right now.”

“31 times earnings for a company that's growing that 54% year-over-year, still expected to grow that number close to 40% over the next couple of years.”

“well again it's not too crazy to say that today the implied fair price for SoFi should be closer to $26.4 per share.”

“last one here is of course SoFi adjusted revenue that goes up and to the right. Stock usually follows.”

“these are the expected growth rates over the next coming quarters, 35% growth for the next quarter.”

“one of which is the fact that SoFi announced $1.5 billion in additional share sales.”

“So, earnings are going to come in uh fast and furious here in about 4 minutes. We are going to get SoFi earnings.”

“2025 was a tremendous year and the fourth quarter was nothing short of exceptional delivering more than $1 billion in quarterly revenue for the first time in our history said Anthony Notto.”

“We added a record 1 million new members this quarter and drove record product growth.”

“Lastly, we expect EPS will be approximately 60 cents per share. I dude I'm a I'm a fan of this guide. It's not like obviously they need to be conservative cuz they need to like they're still going to beat and raise but at least it's you know they're showing 30 handles in front and saying hey we're not looking to grow in high 20s mid 20 ranges. No, we're looking to grow at 30 plus% rates at least 30% year-over-year.”

“And this is look at this. These are the capital raises recently. So tangible book value 8.9 billion.”

“Uh they did 39 cents of EPS.”

“Like, look at this. Look at what they were selling their their personal loans at 106.5% gain on sale margin.”

“this seems to be continued validation of that thesis. Uh so they added a record 1.0 million new members. These are new so this is not net. You'll you'll see a different number on the slide as a result. So keep that in mind but leading to a 35% year-over-year increase.”

“Sure. It ended an incredible year for SoFi. In the quarter, we had 37% revenue growth.”

“as we go into 2026 things look incredibly strong and guided the first quarter to 35% year-over-year revenue growth.”

“SoFi reported 40% revenue growth, adjusted earnings per share more than doubled, and the company added more than 1 million new members.”

“SoFi reported 40% revenue growth, adjusted earnings per share more than doubled, and the company added more than 1 million new members.”

“adjusted net revenue. That was up 15% from the previous quarter, but it was up almost 3x from the same time last year.”

“SoFi became the first nationally chartered bank to launch crypto trading for consumers and to launch its own stable coin.”

“SoFi has done a great job shifting the business more towards these two segments.”

“the fourth quarter net interest margin of 5.72% was down 19 basis points from 5.91%. And this is one of the reasons why SoFi stock is down following the earnings release.”

“In fact, home loans increased by a much larger percentage than personal loans, which is a welcome sign because SoFi's business is very heavily concentrated in personal loans.”

“that's always concerning just like if you were following Walmart as I am when we see the gross profit margin declining for Walmart even when revenue is increasing we see that as a negative sign for the business.”

“SoFi is adding another adjustment. Right? So this is a highly adjusted figure for reporting profitability. So here's another figure that's concerning investors in SoFi stock. You can see the technology platform accounts in the millions and you can see this consistent downtrend and the huge decrease in the most recently completed quarter as the company lost a big account as its tech platform accounts dropped from 158 million down to 128 million.”

“But this segment has been in consistent decline for several consecutive quarters. And that's concerning investors. That's a sign that this tech platform segment is not offering an attractive customer value proposition.”

“And that generated 22 billion in total annualized spend in the quarter across SoFi money and credit card. And that was a 66% increase year-over-year.”

“deposits in the fourth quarter grew by 4.6 billion up to 37.5 billion driven by member deposits. And I talked about why this is good, right? When SoFi is attracting more deposits, this is a lower cost of money for SoFi, which it then turns around and lends to borrowers...”

“over the 3 months, they added about $800 million in personal loans on the balance sheet. That's relatively good because usually they add a lot more in personal loans compared to student loans and home loans every single quarter.”

“we saw what a large concentration SoFi owns in personal loans. So even though SoFi's balance sheet of personal loans didn't increase by all that much, the overall business is still heavily concentrated in personal loans.”

“forward price to earnings ratios were approaching 50 and my intrinsic value per share compared to the current market price also showed a significant overvaluation.”

“SoFi, for some strange reason, is not only back under 20, not only back under 19, but actually back under $18 per share at the time of recording this video.”

“What we do know is that the business today is a much better business than last year, two years ago, three years ago, five years ago.”

“Today, they do a billion dollars per quarter.”

“first up, over the past 5 years, SoFi stock is down 8.2%.”

“the consensus here from Wall Street, although we know Wall Street stock goes down, so they have to lower their price target. But so far, well, so far it's been okay. Now, what we can also see here is this the earnings history.”

“This is a company that has beaten expectations every single time here. EPS or revenue, every single time beating expectations.”

“so far is actually the number one holding there 6.11%.”

“So far in 2021, they had $171 million in quarterly revenue. Today over a billion.”

“So for Sofi, also very important to note and Anthony Noto actually said it for a financial services company because you're using cash to fund your loans. They believe Sofa believes Eida less capex is a better measurement of cash flow.”

“So to conclude, to me, it's very simple. So is undervalued. It's an amazing company trading at a ridiculous price right now.”

“My opinion, very much a big gift for all long-term investors.”

“I think SoFi could have a cool year especially with a possible S&P 500 inclusion.”

“you see SoFi even dropping down here to 20.”

“SoFi essentially being stuck under $20 for what seems like forever, what does all this actual new news mean for SoFi stock itself?”

“if SoFi executes on a high level for Mastercard, I can guarantee you if it's a win for Mastercard and a win for SoFi, they're going to have other big players vying for their product and their partnership as well.”

“Lots of people got caught up into it right here with SoFi. $32 per share. Somehow it's going to the moon based upon all these projections and spreadsheets and charts...”

“let's address it right here and that is SoFi not getting into the S&P again. It is not a catalyst for the stock. It is a short-term trading catalyst at best.”

“do I think that SoFi gets in eventually? Of course I do.”

“to me they are wildly different just like I think anybody trying to say that SoFi is just like JP Morgan is laughable. They are two completely different types of companies with completely different strategies, completely different regulation, completely different everything.”

“SoFi strategy is we're going to build this massive foundation. Okay? And then after we build this massive foundation, we're going to start building our massive house on top of it while we continue to expand that foundation.”

“that's why when you start talking about hard economic times... SoFi is going to be in a better spot to put up better numbers and weather that storm better than what Robin Hood is.”

“SoFi is going to be in a better spot to put up better numbers and weather that storm better than what Robin Hood is. Now, that doesn't mean Robin Hood's going under, it's a terrible company or anything else of that nature.”

“But I like the way he's doing it, which is actually building a massive foundation for future years because that is how you end up with a stock that ends up giving you a 10x return and another 10x return and another 10x return.”

“So, SoFi did go down a very painful 11.86%, 86% 2815 the low, 3175 the high and 116.7 million shares being traded.”

“there was no new analyst ratings whatsoever.”

“Today, it did break below that 10-day moving average like it was nothing.”

“SoFi it was interesting and you're seeing more of these types of crazy swings...”

“most of the volume was linked to algorithmic trading. So a lot of the smaller transactions based on the flow.”

“But nonetheless, still no new articles really talking about SoFi or anything.”

“I think SoFi might put in a bottom. You know, we can't say for sure where the bottom is... maybe down to $14 $15.”

“SoFi is ripping as well, up around 7% as I'm making this video.”

“If this breaks $29, which again, we're right there. Momentum is building up. We're up 7%. If we're able to get the clean cut break over 29, um, yeah, this thing's going to go.”

“What's happened to SoFi stock since then? Well, shares are up about 185%.”

“the CEO said, 'Yeah, as if as if, you know, legal action wasn't enough. I'm a buyer. Thank you for causing the stock price to dip. I'm going to buy another $500,000 worth of SoFi stock.'”

“investor relations refused to engage with us. So effectively management is closing them off.”

“Today might be the day you will maybe catch SoFi for the last time under $18 or it might be tomorrow. So, at the time of recording, is still under $18 a share, believe it or not.”

“the stock is down 34.6% year to date. That's quite something especially for a company that continues to outperform as a business.”

“I do think that yes right now SoFi does deserve a premium from the market because it is just growing much much faster than traditional banks.”

“Now, why doesn't SoFi belong to this list? Well, first of all, it's not a private credit fund. Second of all, securization are performing well as they've been telling us time and time again.”

“But we know that SoFi has been executing extremely well over the past couple of years despite major major headwinds.”

“The revenue ker from 2025 to 2028, which as Chris said does not include 2025, is expected to be 30% or more. EPS 35 42%.”

“member growth of 30% or more. So, to me, this just does not make any sense.”

“unless really really the economy deteriorates substantially and they get caught off guard I just don't see how Sofi is not going to be extremely successful from here on out.”

“imagine we're only getting semianual reports from Nvidia or Google or Amazon or Nebus or SoFi...”

“2025 was the year the skeptics went quiet. So just delivered its first billion dollar revenue quarter.”

“They cleared 3.6 billion in adjusted net revenue for the full year of 2025, up 38% year-over-year.”

“Notto and his team are projecting profits to skyrocket another 70% to 80% in 2026.”

“They're not just a lender anymore. They are high margin tech-driven financial powerhouse that is effectively out earning the too big to fail banks on a per customer basis.”

“Management isn't just hoping for growth. They're guiding for compounded annual revenue growth of at least 30% through 2028.”

“We have a company that just did its first billion dollar revenue quarter.”

“The structural floor for SoFi is between 19 and 23. This is where a lot of institutions were buying heavily and DCAing.”

“SoFi launching crypto trading on its platform. Joining us right now, first on CNBC is SoFi CEO Anthony Notto in town. It's nice to see you, sir, in person.”

“one of the unique things about that is when you come to SoFi and fund your crypto investments, you'll fund them in a SoFi checking and savings account.”

“SoFi just got hit with a short report and this one goes straight at the numbers investors were trusting most.”

“SoFi, for its part, they pushed back hard. It called the report misleading and said it may take legal action.”

“Now let's have a look at the stock and see what happened since the March 17 report. The stock is down about 5%.”

“Well, a consensus among analysts rate the stock a hold. A high target price of $38 suggests there's as much as 124% potential upside from its most recent closing price.”

“The concerns raised in the short report are detailed. They are serious and they go directly to the quality of the company's reported numbers.”

“If you recall, I had the stock rated as a buy in 2025, but I only downgraded it to a hold after it approached $30 per share.”

“I think SoFi stock price ends 2027 between $30 and $35 per share, which at the midpoint compared to the current market price leaves today's investors with a 71% upside, which is solid.”

“And for SoFi, one of the biggest downside catalyst is the third party personal loan business.”

“SoFi is largely dependent for these individuals, for these third parties to purchase a lot of the loans that SoFi is generating.”

“However, that doesn't mean that SoFi is not exposed to that risk because right now those individuals might have a high credit score and might have a high income, but we haven't had a recession, a real recession, a proper recession since the great financial crisis.”

“SoFi stock at risk, higher risk than perhaps most other companies in the event of a recession.”

“But if that should reverse and its tech business collapses and SoFi becomes more like a traditional bank.”

“Well, SoFi currently trades at around $19 and is down about 28% year to date.”

“And if I zoom out to the 52-week period, the stock is still up around 52%.”

“Now on March 3rd, SoFi announced an expanded partnership with Mastercard to enable settlement of transactions in SoFi USD across Mastercard's global payments network.”

“SoF USD is the company's fully reserved US dollar stable coin issued by SoFi Bank and backed one to one in cash.”

“SoFi also expects its own debit and credit transactions on Mastercard to also eventually settle using SoFi USD.”

“SoFi also reported record net revenue on an adjusted basis of a billion dollars in the fourth quarter of 2025.”

“It also reported 318 million in adjusted EBITDA.”

“The company also reported record loan originations of $10.5 billion in the quarter.”

“SoFi added another million new members and 1.6 million new products during the quarter, all supporting continued cross-selling across its platform.”

“At $19 a share, SoFi's market cap is around 24 billion.”

“The stock currently trades at around 51 times trailing earnings and around 31 times forward earnings.”

“I see several reasons why the stock could still be attractive or at least considering at this price. I mean, first, the company is still showing strong operational growth, right?”

“In the fourth quarter of 2025, SoFi reported record adjusted net revenue of a billion dollars and 174 million in net income on a gap basis.”

“And that tells me the company is building income streams beyond lending.”

“So added a million new users or members and 1.6 million new products in the quarter, which helps drive cross-selling across its entire ecosystem.”
