CenterPoint Energy Inc. (CNP) reported first-quarter 2026 adjusted earnings of 56 cents per share, below the Zacks Consensus Estimate of 58 cents, and generated $2.98 billion in revenues, missing expectations of $3.04 billion. The company, however, is advancing its growth strategy with a significant $500 million increase to its 10-year capital plan, now totaling $65.5 billion, and a firm commitment to 12.2 gigawatts of industrial load.
