Unified Findings on Photobiomodulation and CPP-ACP Enhance Orthodontic Potential
PILLAR DIAGNOSTIC // WEEK 08
“Low risk posture – the evidence concerning CPP-ACP and photobiomodulation is consistent and shows beneficial effects without contradictions.”
Proposed action
No divergences were identified across pillars; the machine-pillar findings uniformly support enhanced microhardness, bond strength, neuroregeneration, and anti-inflammatory effects of PBM and CPP-ACP. Since there are no conflicting claims, we resolve the assessment with a low overall risk posture. Continued targeted research is recommended for routine orthodontic PBM application, where evidence remains sparse.

THE MACHINE
Evidence & systems
CPP-ACP pretreatment substantially boosts CAD sample microhardness and bond strength; red and infrared photobiomodulation enhances behavioral, biochemical, anti-inflammatory, and immunomodulatory responses and synergizes with agents like AEDh and Phei-Zn nanofibers to promote neuroregeneration and imaging contrast, but routine PBM application in orthodontics lacks sufficient evidence.
