Bitmine Immersion Technologies (BMNR) is rapidly expanding its Ethereum (ETH) holdings, now owning 3.92% of the total ETH supply, marking 78% progress towards its long-term goal of acquiring 5%. Recent purchases include 71,179 ETH in a week and reportedly 117,000 ETH in two days, bringing total holdings to 4.73 million ETH. This aggressive accumulation, however, has been financed through new share issuance, leading to approximately 40% shareholder dilution and a 17.5% decline in ETH per share. Despite this, BMNR maintains a robust $10.7 billion treasury, primarily comprising its $9.5 billion ETH holdings. The company strategically stakes 3.14 million ETH, generating an estimated $177 million in annualized revenue, with potential to reach $266 million, and has launched futures trading for its shares.
