“I think it's important to understand that's where a lot of the USID funding or the tip office funding comes through. It that funding goes to these local groups many of which are faith-based. And so when we cut funding by $900 million out of the Department of Justice or $80 million out of the Department of State, it's those very faith-based groups as well as other NOS's that lose access to those sorts of things that that funding made possible for them.”
